How does the pay-by-the-hour model work?+
You only pay for the hours you use. There are no subscription fees or lock-in contracts. Hours are billed monthly based on actual care provided. You can adjust your support level anytime as your needs change.
How do I get started?+
Simply reach out to us via phone, email, or the contact form. We'll discuss your needs, match you with a suitable carer, and create a personalised care plan. You can start within days.
Are you NDIS registered?+
We're not NDIS-registered, but we welcome participants with NDIS funding. Many of our participants use agency-managed or plan-managed funding to access our services. We work directly with support coordinators.
How are carers selected?+
We carefully match participants with carers based on personality, interests, and support needs. We prioritize consistency, so you'll work with the same carer whenever possible.
What if I want to change my carer?+
We understand that the right fit is important. If you'd like to request a different carer, just let us know. We'll work to make a smooth transition.
Do you provide support outside business hours?+
Yes. While our office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, we have carers available for early mornings, evenings, and weekends depending on demand. Contact us for specific needs.
What areas do you service?+
We primarily service the western suburbs of Melbourne, with Fraser Rise as our base. Check our Areas page or contact us to confirm if your location is covered.
How is confidentiality and privacy handled?+
We take privacy seriously. All participant information is kept secure and confidential according to our Privacy Policy. Carers sign confidentiality agreements and complete relevant checks.
Can family members be involved in planning?+
Absolutely. We encourage family involvement if the participant wants it. Family members can be part of care planning discussions and receive regular updates.
What if I need to cancel or change my support?+
You can adjust or cancel your support anytime with notice. We work with you to ensure a smooth transition if you need to change your arrangement.
